Inspired People Work originates from Creative Point Consult (March 2000 - September 2010; founded by Niek van Duivenbooden) and has been a private company since July 2016.
Where do we want to go, what we do, and how do we do it?
Vision
The vision of Inspired People Work has been continuously adjusted and sharpened since its foundation in 2000. Since the transition to the private company, it is in line with the vision of the holding private company Shifting Energy. From 2021, a restoration plan for planet Earth will come into effect and working in synergy and aligned will be a spearhead towards the intended result. People and organisations will have to transform (function differently) to obtain the required impact. From our perspective, transforming means growing, developing and blossoming. In practical terms, for example, people will need to be more inspired and intrinsically motivated to fully use their talents and skills in their private lives and a stimulating working environment.

Our mission is to co-transform organisations by guiding individuals and teams in that transformation with a focus on people: making the best use of talents and skills and working in synergy and aligned with passion and pleasure.
Strategy
Inspired People Work guides people, teams and organisations in realising their mission with a focus on tuned collaboration and use of their talents.
As a team, we inspire and are facilitators of the change process: doing things differently and innovating. We do this in the Netherlands and surrounding countries through three trade names (Inspired People Work, InspiratieFilms, and Human Innovator) because they each serve a niche market in their own right. We have set up Trimpact, a social enterprise, for African countries.
Our strategy is characterised by a practical and goal-oriented approach in consultation with the client. To this end, we use a multi-dimensional approach applied at three levels: the organisation, the team (project or department), and the individual. The team that guides the client is a grouping of specific experts tailored to that client and circumstances. We carry out large assignments in cooperation with other like-minded organisations.
What we have done since 2000
Since 2000, we have carried out many different assignments for various organisations in different sectors and private persons. Some examples are:
- Individual coaching and training of management, employees, and self-employed persons in the field of personal development and career guidance.
- Individual coaching and team coaching of directors of companies in the business services sector.
- Strengthening the employability of employees at a bank after its bankruptcy.
- Cultural change trajectory at a taxi company, a tyre service company and facilities department of a large national association.
- Team coaching of M.T. at a large national association and managers of swim sports centres.
- Workshops in the field of service-oriented communication, Social Media, improve cooperation (Core Quadrants), and strength-weakness analyses.
